About me
My passion for breathwork and yoga is rooted in one simple truth: helping you become the healthiest, happiest version of yourself. With a mindful and adaptable approach, I meet you where you are—guiding you through powerful techniques that align body, mind, and breath. Whether you seek deep relaxation or peak performance, each session is intuitively tailored to support your growth, energy, and well-being.
For companies, my sessions are more than just a break—they’re a sanctuary. In the midst of fast-paced, high-pressure environments, I offer teams a chance to pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves. I create moments of calm that allow participants to recharge, reset, and return to their work with clarity and renewed energy. Whether it’s a corporate event, a conference, or a team retreat, my goal is to weave a sense of balance and grounding into every experience, helping people thrive even in the busiest of settings.
On a personal level, my journey to becoming a yoga coach has been deeply shaped by my own search for balance. My career began in a holistic dental clinic, where I discovered the connection between mind, body, and spirit. That experience ignited a passion for integrative health—a passion that has guided me ever since. Growing up in the Black Forest, I learned early on to appreciate the beauty of nature and the importance of harmony. My travels around the world have further enriched my perspective, allowing me to learn from diverse cultures and teachers, and to bring a global, holistic approach to my work.
What drives me is a deep belief in the power of positivity and mindful living. I’ve seen firsthand how small, intentional changes can transform lives, and it’s my mission to create a safe, empowering space for others to discover that for themselves. Whether I’m guiding a corporate team or working one-on-one, my heart is in every session. I’m here to remind people that, no matter how chaotic life gets, there’s always a way to find calm, strength, and joy within themselves.
