The Buteyko breath training is an effective method for improving breathing that aims to sustainably optimize health and performance. Developed by Ukrainian Doctor Dr. Konstantin Buteyko, this technique is based on the understanding that many health problems are caused by inefficient breathing and an imbalance in the oxygen-carbon dioxide ratio.
